Informational website
This website describes potential services, product concepts, demonstrations, starting prices, and business capabilities. Website content does not by itself create a client relationship, final project scope, warranty, or binding promise to deliver a particular feature.
Proposals and project agreements
Custom work begins only after the parties approve a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other agreement identifying scope, price, responsibilities, and delivery expectations. Starting prices may change based on requirements, integrations, data handling, support, hosting, and third-party services.
Demonstrations and product concepts
Demonstrations may show working concepts, test environments, or configurable systems. Features shown in a demonstration may require additional development, licensing, hosting, security review, or organizational approval before production use.
Payments
Use the website payment function only for an approved invoice, deposit, or service amount. Payment does not expand an agreed project scope. Refunds, cancellations, milestones, and ownership terms follow the written agreement associated with the payment.
Responsible use
Do not use website forms to submit unlawful material, malicious code, credentials, payment-card details, protected medical information, sensitive incident evidence, or confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Intellectual property
Mirror Edge names, logos, website designs, product concepts, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client ownership and licensing terms for custom deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party services
Netlify, Stripe, Google, hosting providers, software platforms, and other third-party services may have separate terms, fees, availability, and policies. Mirror Edge does not control those external services.
Availability and changes
The website and its features may be updated, paused, or changed. Mirror Edge works to keep information accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will remain unchanged.
